Warranty
There is a 12 month warranty on all Ubiquiti products (Antenna, Extender, Access points etc.). All Mikrotik products (Wireless Range extender, Router etc.) carry a 12 month warranty. Wireless Router not to be moved after installation without written approval by installer and receipt of Consent confirmed. Liability form to be signed when Router is moved detailing that client is responsible for any damage to router after new placement.
NB. It is the client responsibility to insure equipment for the duration of the period as damage sustained deemed not to be of natural causes is not covered in Warranty.
Warranty Information Statement
1.1 The warranty does not apply to faults caused by any of the following (Non Covered Events):
(a) any equipment not supplied by us;
(b) any interference with or modification to the equipment or a failure to use it in accordance with instructions; or
(c) damage caused by you or someone who has used the equipment (for example misuse or exposure to liquid or excessive heat); or
(d) an external event (for example a fire or flood).
1.2 If on inspection of the returned equipment we determine that the fault was caused by a
Non-Covered event, you will be charged for the original equipment (or if the original equipment has already been paid for, you will not be entitled to a refund) and the replacement equipment.
Meanwell Battery Chargers
Products found to be defective within 30 days from the date of receipt can be returned for credit or exchange. After the initial 30 days, Mean Well will repair the goods according to our warranty period. Contact Mean Well for further information on credit or an RMA number. Goods should be shipped as ”freight prepaid” to Mean Well and Mean Well will repair and return the defective units (freight prepaid) within 7 working days. If the warranty the period has expired, a repair fee (depends on the condition of the product) will be charged.
If customers do the repair by themselves, Mean Well can provide a reasonable quantity of free components for repair purpose.
Apart from the external type power supply, the power supply is in general one component of the final system particularly, the compatibility between the power supply and the system is closely associated. Should you have any difficulty in normally operating the power supplies, please contact our sales representatives and figure out the root cause. If the problem results from the power supply, the warranty right will be applied; if any issues arise from inappropriate installation or incompatibility between the power supply and the system, MEAN WELL will reserve the right to fulfil the warranty.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
12 Month warranty for Stationary Batteries:
All 12-volt batteries are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and manufactured in accordance with our specifications. Should a claim arise, the following is our limited product warranty policy.
Warranty period starts from the date shown as date code of the battery.
If upon initial inspection and installation the battery fails to meet the published performance ratings per the latest catalogue data at the time of shipment, or the user identifies flaws in material or workmanship that would impair life or product performance, the user will be instructed to:
1. Upon written approval, return the product for examination freight prepaid.
2. Hold the materials on the site pending inspection by a battery representative.
Upon satisfactory proof of claim, as determined solely by battery manufacturer, Battery manufacturer will repair or replace at our option any defective battery.
Warranty of a battery is defined as its failure to reach at least 60% of its rated capacity.
If a properly maintained battery fails to meet 60% of its rated capacity, cost for replacement equipment installation, material freight charges and travel expenses of battrery manufacturer representatives will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Conditions:
1. Warranty claims for full replacement must be made three (3) months from failure.
2. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the equipment and is nontransferable.
3. This warranty does not cover any physical damage due to nature or man, which stresses the battery beyond design limits, and is void if manufacturing date codes are destroyed.
4. Each battery must be the proper size, design and capacity for its intended application at 25゜C (77 ゜F).
5. The warranty period shall be adjusted based on operating temperatures, frequency and depth of discharge. For every 10 ゜C (18 ゜F) increase in operating temperature above 25 ゜C (77 ゜F), the warranty period will be reduced 50%.
6. Each battery must be operated and maintained in accordance with the published instructions. This warranty is invalid if the battery is subject to misuse, abuse, physical damage, freezing, neglect, or the use of battery additions.
The battery manufacturer shall not be liable for, and user shall indemnify and save the Battery Manufacturer harmless from any claims and liabilities arising out of the use, maintenance, transportation, or installation of any equipment warranted hereunder. The foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Battery Manufacturer shall not have any liability for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages.
